end of weekend, plus a question about the master

Had a great weekend with my dad's side of the family, ate too much, played with my aunt's dog too much, tried to get my computer fixed up a bit (er, not too much, as we didn't manage to actually get the stupid thing to run quietly), and got lots of pretty things for late-Christmas. So yay! I was very happy to get home, though, and had a good relaxing night with maymargaret after saying goodbye to my dad.

Among other things, we (the roommate and I, not the family and I) watched most of... some Third Doctor era episode whose title I cannot remember, but which included Delgado!Master The Daemons. I quite like him (especially his big frowny-goatee), but I have one eeetty-bitty spoiler-question:



So... the Master is into classic Gardnerian Wicca?

I have to admit... I LOL'd. And then cackled. And then started singing "The Master is a Gardnerian!" every time he showed up in his big red robes with his big black candles and silly chanting. Oh, god. Like spell-casty-Wicca wasn't funny enough to me already... XD

Ainley's still my favorite, but Delgado is acceptable. Also, once you start making fun of Pertwee's lisp, it's almost impossible to stop. Just FYI. I felt a bit mean about it, because he's so cute and definitely a good actor, but... but... just too funny.

It's fantastic. You won't have to wait long to see the Master doing his Gardnerian thing, don't worry... I'm pretty sure it at least happens in the first "chunk" of the episode. And it's on YouTube. ;)
