English Language Study (linguistics) - 3.8
History of Criticism (literary theory) - 3.9
WHEEEEEEEE!!!! I'm so damned relieved - especially about the linguistics one... I had no frigging clue what I was headed for in that class, grade-wise or other. I felt pretty good about the final, but then I came up two pages short on the paper... so yeah. I guess it worked pretty well though.
And I'm just psyched about the literary theory class. Man was that a mind-boggling class in some ways... I've never had more difficult readings. And with nothing to base the grade on except the weekly response sheets and then the final papers... that was kind of nerve-wracking. But yay!!!
Best possible Christmas present, I think. Aside from the UW deciding it doesn't need me to pay for this coming quarter, of course... that'd be a miracle. I'd go to every house of worship I could find and light candles and say prayers of thanks in every one if that happened. ;)
