Date: 2008-03-11 09:29 pm (UTC)The one thing I've noticed they lack is a broad selection of flesh tones. I have some Tria brand pens to fill gaps in my collection, and I know a lot of folks have Copix just for that. Also, they don't have the *ultra* fine tips that Tria has... but they do have more colors in general. So, trade-off.

Date: 2008-03-12 09:24 pm (UTC)And adorable kitty! My cats are both on the large side (probably because we've always spoiled them rotten), and both of them love perching on the most precarious things they can find. Gracie's day is not complete until she's managed to wedge herself onto the back of a wooden chair.
(They've also got the terrible habit of stuffing themselves into boxes that are way too small, and then staring mournfully at us when they get stuck. I had to extricate Gracie from a pencil case, of all things!)

Date: 2008-03-12 09:29 pm (UTC)Oh no! Theo, thank goodness, isn't too bad about actually getting himself stuck in things (despite being huge). I can only think of once, and that involved one of my housemates accidentally closing him into our linen closet while he took a nap. He does like to squish himself under our armchair, though, which he has to do by squiiiiiiishing himself down and shoving with his back legs. I've never yet seen him get stuck, but he makes all sorts of silly noises and faces while trying to get in or out.
...Seriously, though, a pencil case?

She really hated the zipper. We were watching her attempt it, laughing uproariously (until she got stuck, at which point we dashed to the rescue), and she just stared at us like it was a perfectly natural thing to be trying. Hee.
Midnight has found a new favourite box - one of those really tall ones used for storing jackets and such. He'll hop up on the freezer, peer into the box, jump in - and then he can't jump out. Silly cats!
(The funny thing is that they're both about thirteen years old, and yet seem utterly convinced they're kittens. Hee!)
