Just north of here, at my company's second office, it is SNOWING.

It's supposed to wend its way down here soon.

WTF, Seattle? If I wanted this kind of weather, I'd be over in the northeast or something like that! It is not supposed to snow here in mid-April! It was almost 80 last weekend!!!

In non-weather-related news, I've had no attention span whatsoever for writing lately. But the atheist meet-up thing last night went well, and today is Friday! I'm looking forward to a few days off.

It has stopped now, but we got over an inch of snow/hail before that, and it looks pretty ominous.

Last night I was watching Harry Potter 4(?) and Barty Crouch Jr (?) popped up and I was like "wait, I know that guy!" It took me a minute and a trip to the IMDB to realize it was the 10th(?) Doctor (aka David Tennent).

Yeah. Yeah, snow. That's... not supposed to happen here. And yet.... my friend took this picture at the other office. (http://pics.livejournal.com/shadawyn/pic/00005g2q)

And they say we're supposed to get more tomorrow, maybe, too. (http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/weather/)

Yeah, I am just a teensy bit confused, to say the least.

Yes. I had a similar reaction earlier this year on the day we had snow in Daytona Beach.

Gah, I remember seeing your post about that. That was a terrifying thought.

Whether has been really messed up here all year long. For the first time in memory we didn't have a proper winter. But there's no global warming going on, no sir.

Oh, don't get me started on the global warming thing. My state takes it seriously and we're supposedly at our lowest carbon output since 1966, but apparently our idiot president thinks it's acceptable for the country not to make any significant changes until fricking 2025. I wish he'd choke on a pretzel and die already.

I know it doesn't normally happen, but remember when you were in the 4th or 5th grade, and we got 9" of snow on April 17th? I sure do. So strange!
