GWEN: Come on, Ianto, we're almost to the exit. Jack's there. Coffee's there. You love coffee. *Pause* And Jack.

It's good to know she's got his priorities figured out. ;)

Also, Jack reversed the polarity of the neutron flow! (Okay, not quite, but it was close enough for me.) This is obviously proof that he has met Three.

And that was the most absolutely absurd and poorly written thing I've ever listened to, but I giggled the whole time. ♥ Also, this whole thing? Totally just the Charles Dickens episode of first season DW rewritten for Torchwood, with different set-dressing. Right down to Ianto saying "all the things we've seen... and I'm going to die in a tunnel. In Switzerland!"

It was awfully written, slightly painful at times, I don't think Torchwood is made for daytime radio, it's staple features don't really come across.

I laughed at line from gwen, and the science in it. Oh torchwood, this was alwas going to happen, but you know it was amusing :)

Jacks got his whole own think, it's his spin of phrase for a spin off show.

'I reversed the polarity of the proton flow' :D

The sick thing is, I felt like it was actually more poorly written than an average episode of the show... which, if you'd asked me before listening, I probably would have said wasn't likely given the regularly iffy quality of the show. Ah well.

It did have some good character moments, though. I'm really starting to love the friendship between Gwen and Ianto, and Jack and Martha were already one of my favorite friendly-relationships ever.

(And I will forever be convinced that he knew about reversing the polarity because he got together with Three for a while back in the early seventies...)

Yeah it made me think of that episode, especially with Gwen in it, who I really don't hate so much anymore, I even like her a bit sometimes, weird.

The thought of Jack with Three is very alarming, it would have to be before SJS. I always wonder, how many jacks are there running around earth at any one point in time. There's practically always the buried one, then he Time travels aabout and lives through centuries, I'm suprised he doesn't plan it so he can have a mass orgy with himself. Well, he may do so.

I like the icon btw :)

(sorry replied to wrong thread)

...You, too, huh? I have no idea how it happened. I started out just mocking her, and then the next thing I knew I actually liked her. Insidious, that.

You know him and Three would totally have had a blast together. And he totally is having orgies with himself... and anybody who happens to be around.

Thanks! I love the idea of those two meeting. ;)
