Since it seemed like the thing all the cool kids were doing these days, I got an account over at Archive of Our Own (AO3), under the same name as here. Still working on uploading stuff and checking out what's there, but I've already found a few nice fics I hadn't read, so it's definitely worth a look. :)

I will not get distracted by reading fic and uploading fic. I will edit the Damned Long Godawful Fic (tm). ...Eventually.

I hate AO3 with a hatey hate for a wide variety of reasons. Also, from a purely technical standpoint, the archive is incredibly unstable and full of bad/untested code, as witnessed by the recent Yultide meltdown they suffered. You couldn't pay me to have anything to do with it.

Yeeeah, from a technical standpoint I am definitely noticing that the code is shit. I'm hanging on to see if they manage to pick it up at all.

Beyond that, not a clue. Anything I should know about? I hadn't heard much chatter other than it existing and a handful of people I know getting accounts.
