Since I'm around and awake and working on stuff while The Boy is snoozing off an unhappy stomach... how about a meme gacked from
vega_ofthe_lyre: Give me a [fictional] character [that you're pretty sure I'm familiar with] and I will tell you one book (or poem) they love.

Date: 2009-12-31 06:35 am (UTC)I think either version of Spock would greatly enjoy Sherlock Holmes, while still managing to be utterly perplexed by aspects of him (more Prime than New, on that last bit - New!Spock has embraced his passionate side a lot more than Prime already, and in a more violent way - I think he would be less boggled by Holmes' illogical passions). Either way, I think he'd find the books fascinating, and an intellectual challenge (which of course is why he reads them... not at all because he enjoys them).

Date: 2010-01-01 07:42 am (UTC)I keep coming back to comic books, though - maybe it's the U-boat captain thing coming back to haunt him, and since I'm stuck with stuff that I've read, I'm going to go for the Hellboy comics. Because I think he'd get a kick out of them, darn it. ♥
