a question for B5 folks

So, I was going through some old files of mine, and I found an icon that I really liked... but which totally needs to be remade now that I, um, know a lot more about graphics and editing. I really want to redo it, but I can't remember what episode it's from, and can't seem to find any decent screencaps from season 3 or 4 in which to find it. Can anybody help?



I'm fairly sure the text is a paraphrase or a direct quote, but I can't remember for sure. I dug through most of season 3 and 4 at JumpNow.de and I couldn't find anything that looked like it was from a similar scene, but it seems like they're missing some stuff.

Anybody have any ideas or links that might help?

Edit! I have found the episode - it's "Messages from Earth." Earlier in the series than I thought it would be, but I think it's the right one.

...Oh god, now this is going to drive me NUTS. It has to be one of the episodes where Marcus and Ivanova are on a White Star together. I'LL SEE IF I CAN FIND ANYTHING.

Thank you!!! I was thinking the same thing, but I can't seem to find the episode, and even after that it seems like screencap sites are few and far between nowadays. I could swear there used to be more with better 'caps - wish I hadn't been through so many computer switches between now and the last time I was collecting them.

I AM STUPID. It finally occurred to me to just go through synopses over at the Lurker's Guide, and I found what I think is the correct scene (the synopsis just says "Marcus dares to breach Ivanova's spare time in order to show her a chart he has drawn up to explain his position on B5 and the hierarchy within the station") in "Messages from Earth" in Season 3. It's a lot earlier than I thought it was!

...Now I just have to find some caps. ;)

Uhhhh, that scene, please, if it's not too much trouble. I'm woefully short on good caps of Ivanova (she's hard to photograph, I get the impression? Stunningly beautiful in motion, IMHO, but stills of her often seem to just... lack.

*flail* Jeez, it's that episode where at the beginning Ivanova is complaining that she doesn't know how he relates to her in the command structure, and at the end he comes by with a chart based on the Ottoman Empire, and... augh!

Heheheh. I understand. I tend to be slightly more Minbari-focused, myself, too, but... I have a not-so-secret weakness for everything to do with Ivanova, and particularly her and Marcus, too. ♥

Yup. I don't know why I was so convinced it was going to be later in the series... I kept thinking it was aboard the White Star in S4.
