that time of year again

Every year I try to like to take Halloween- and fall-themed prompts from my friends, and then try to write as many as I can of them before the 2nd day of November. I don't usually get to all of them (and I apologize if I've missed yours in the past), but I'd love prompts for this year.

Please comment with fandom, characters, and a quote, description, phrase or object (or collection of objects) that you'd like included - prompts can be more specific if you'd like, but I'd ask that they not be less - part of the thrill is having something to work with other than "character A/character B."

All fandoms are open game, although some of the ones I haven't played in for a while might be slightly rusty. ;)

Please, please, please write Ivanova and Delenn on Minbar in the fall! Maybe Minbari trees turn weird colors before they lose their leaves, and Susan can be like, "WTF your trees turn BLUE?" Then Delenn could mention that hey, the leaves from this kind of tree are very soft, and if one makes a pile of them, it's secluded enough to do all kinds of things in, hint hint. Perhaps there could be a bonfire at some point. I don't know, I'm just throwing out fall-related things here because I would love to read your take on Susan and Delenn together no matter what season it is. &hearts

OMG, though, if you're still in Africa you are not going to BELIEVE some of the crazy stuff that's happened in the comics since then. ♥ When you get to one particular revelation (you'll know it when you see it), I can't wait to hear what you think.

Yeah, unfortunately, losing my job cut down on my comic buying. sadface. And then, in the move, I *lost* my g d trades and so I no longer know for sure where I am.

I've checked a couple of the local libraries, in the hopes of catching up on Runaways/SiP/Echo/Hellboy. Nothing yet, but there is a network of... like thirty libraries in the Detroit Metro area that I can have check out access to.

Might be worth checking at any local university libraries, too. Even if you can't check out, you can always hole up for a few hours on a weekend and catch up on comic books - they're quick reads.
