Tired tired tired.

I think today went pretty well.... My Shakespeare class looks to be a bit boring since he keeps repeating stuff from last quarter, but at least the plays are all new to me except The Tempest.

The honors seminar is intimidating - the prof is a bit of a hard-ass (but very cool!), and the rest of the class all seem to be much more well-traveled and ambitious and stuff than me. But... yeah. I'll live.

Scandinavian mythology looks like it'll be as much fun as I'd hoped - the prof is a nice old lady and the subject matter is, of course, delightful. I love love love love love these myths.

Something is blooming that makes my head a bit unhappy... ah well. I get to 'sleep in' until 7:30 tomorrow!!! Yay!!!

....It's really sad that I get excited about that.

Oh, your class line up sounds like something I would envy!

Which Shakespeare's are you doing? I have a horrible weakness for Henry VI (all three parts), and Richard III. And MacBeth, of course.

I like Scandanavian mythology as well. It's a very different take on things, since their gods are fallible and almost revel in the fact. I especially like Mimir. :)

Hope your allergies get better! Mine have been going nuts too. Ah, spring....

This quarter we're reading Measure for Measure, Troilus and Cressida, Antony and Cleopatra, and The Tempest. I'm really excited, since I've only ever even *seen* the Tempest out of those. My highschool was sadly weak in Shakespeare.

It's great, isn't it? So nice to see gods who at once are human and fallible, but yet not quite so violently jealous and capricious as the Greek gods. I'm especially fond of Njord for some reason. He's always amused me.

Oh, BTW, never have poured hot tea up my nose...
