Hey, [livejournal.com profile] zinjadu (and all other Sean Bean and/or Shakespeare fans)...

Take a look at this.

♥ ♥ ♥

Update: Oh, and while I'm linkspamming... I did a little checking at the official Star Trek site (www.startrek.com, as though any of you couldn't have guessed it...) and found this:

In addition to clarifying that he may or may not direct the film, Abrams also distanced himself from Variety's report that the plot of "Star Trek XI" would revolve around a young James T. Kirk and Spock at Starfleet Academy.

"We've made a pact not to discuss any specifics," he said.

At the same time, though, he confessed to being a fan of the Original Series and remarked, "Those characters are so spectacular. I just think that... you know, they could live again."

I'm a bit relieved by this, honestly, mostly because the Starfleet Academy plot idea seemed even further from the usual Trek movie than I'd expect. Still very interested to see what comes of this.

You know, I remember back when Massachusetts first legalized same-sex marriage, and when someone asked Affleck for his thoughts on the matter, he said, "Oh, yeah, I think it's great. Matt and I have a date picked out for June." Or words to that effect. XD

If you want to do HTML strikey thingies, the tag is < s > without the spaces. And to turn it off, it's < / s >. Like this.

Yeah... having a pretty face is one thing, having a pretty face that's also emotive is something else altogether.

Ha! See Ben wasn't being sarcastic, he was trying to cover up the fact they had already picked out China patterns. And at the time in discussions at the time about who would wear the wedding dress. :D

Thanks.

Exactly. Sometimes I want to see if I can bounce a coin off their faces. I am absoloutly sure I could off of Paris Hilton's.

Heeeeee. ^^ I'm not usually big on RPS, but I thought it was a cute thing to say.

With all the plastic in her face? I'm certain you could. Everyone knows she's really a cyborg... or maybe I just wish she was, cos at least then she'd be a little bit cool.

RPS skeeves the hell out of me. Just because if I were a celebrity I know I would ever leave my house if I knew about it. I don't think all RPS people are crazy like the tinhats or anything but the idea of kinda makes me tremble. (not in that good way though)

Talk about not being able to emote. And at least if she was a cyborg I wouldn't blame her for all the future generations who will think she is cool and totally want to be her.

RPS is something I'm inclined to just leave alone. People want to write it, that's their kink, that's fine with me. XD (If people were writing it about me, though, I'd probably be morbidly curious enough to go read it myself, though.) I can totally understand a person being creeped out by it, though.

I remember once, Neil Gaiman posted in his blog saying that Americans were on the whole very nice, but could not make a good cup of tea. This sparked a huuuuuge debate in the comments over exactly how one does make a good cup of tea. Neil later posted with regards to the hubbub, something along the lines of, "Wow. I haven't caused this much uproar since I mentioned that I didn't really want to know about RPS, especially if it involved me." That just made me laugh.

Yeah, I don't go anywhere near it and I don't bash the people who read it or write it. Although fucking with the Tinhats is just too much fun. Why yes bitch is my middle name why do you ask?

Hah! Exactly. And I'm a Southern Girl we put our sugar in the tea while making it not after. Yeech. Of course I've know several Brits who think this is just the most horrendous thing ever. (i.e. that we have ice in our tea)

*snickers more* Oh, yes. Hanging around on fandom_wank and hp_cornfield and watching the Domlijah and Danema 'shippers go wild is just so much fun. ^^

I got you one better -- I don't even drink tea! So there! XD And when I do, it's usually green or some other kind of herbal tea. But really, I don't really have a taste for bitter things. Although perhaps that will change as I get older.

Oh god you know of MsA? Crazy nut bag. And yes get them all stirred up and then run away to a safe position is always fun. Well I don't stir them up or anything in fact I stay as far away from them as much as possible but I do love to see them explode in a wonderful colors of Tinhatty-ness. *evil giggle*

Well I went from being in the South to Okinawa, JP and unless I wanted Liptons tea I had to buy the Japanese kind. Which btw is really bitter compared to the Americanized tea and I found that I liked it. I did't drink a lot of it, kinda made me sick if I did that but it was enjoyable.
