So, I got home from work tonight terrified that I was going to have to commit some sort of... snail funeral, and... the little guy was tootling along up on the glass on the side of the tank. I have no idea what's up with this little fellow, but I've removed the potentially-hazardous ceramic pot, and... to be honest, I love the little guy even more than before.

And when I reached in to take out the ceramic pot, both fish nibbled my fingers. I'm feeling like a very lucky tank-mommy right now. ♥

He does, and he's living up to it admirably - I named him "The Master," after one of the unendingly-immortal villains in "Doctor Who." That's one of his incarnations in the icon above.

The two goldfish are named the Doctor and Romana. I like to keep my names in sets, when I can. ;)
